Session: Carbon trading and market oversight.

Mr. Lack is a founder of Element Markets and a leader in the environmental markets.  Leveraging his decade of emissions transaction experience, Randall currently serves as Managing Director of Element Markets' Client Services, focusing on structured compliance solutions for clients who require assistance in managing their Emissions, REC, and GHG exposures, as well as alternative energy development.  Since founding Element Markets, Mr. Lack has assumed a variety of roles, working with the development team on alternative energy and greenhouse gas reduction projects, including Biomass, Wind, and Landfill Gas projects.  In addition to the development business, Mr. Lack's emissions experience spans 17 trading regions and covers seven emissions commodities, including the REC, Carbon Offset, NOx, and SO2 markets in North America.  Mr. Lack holds a BBA, magna cum laude, from the University of Houston.
